Whether you’re brand new or looking to build your skills, our fly tying events are designed to be hands-on, approachable, and directly connected to time on the river.

You can start in the shop with fly tying, or take it a step further and fish the flies you make that same day.
Fly Tying Night
Join us in the shop to learn how to tie flies in a relaxed, supportive setting.

We focus on practical patterns — the kinds of flies you’ll actually fish — and walk through each step together.
​
Whether it’s your first time at the vise or you’ve tied before, this is an easy way to build skills and ask questions.

Ladies Trout Night
​Ladies Trout Night builds on fly tying night and takes it to the river.
​
We start in the shop at 3pm, where you’ll tie the exact flies you’ll be using that day. Then we head out for a ~3.5 hour guided float to fish together.
​
FUN FACT: Every woman who has ever joined us for LTN has caught a fish on her own fly!​
